Kindle companion access
Your $12.99 Kindle purchase includes one provisional 30-day software entitlement. This is not a public free trial. The Kindle book is complete without using the software.
Verify your email, enter the edition code and Amazon order number, then submit proof within 72 hours. An order number is not proof of purchase. You may redact unrelated payment and personal information.

Software access starts on first software activation within 90 days of the purchase date shown on your receipt. Submit evidence within 72 hours of claiming, even if you have not activated. Evidence received on time may remain pending review without suspending access. Missing evidence suspends only this Amazon entitlement. Contact support for restoration after a mistaken suspension.
Forwarded receipts: contact support and include your unique claim reference in the subject. A support reviewer must record receipt before the deadline; uploading here is the immediate submission method. A forwarded email is not automatically trusted as authentic. Private uploads are deleted after 180 days; claim and review records remain for duplicate prevention.
