This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and Accend Data LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arkansas, doing business as "Option|Options" ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your installation and use of the Option|Options software application and related materials ("Software").

By installing, copying, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Option|Options grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or internal business use in accordance with this Agreement.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Software.

2. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Option|Options.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Source code
• Algorithms
• Trading models
• Strategy logic
• Documentation
• Visual designs
• User interface elements
• Branding and trademarks

3. License Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Attempt to discover or access the source code
• Modify or create derivative works of the Software
• Redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or share the Software
• Share license keys with unauthorized users
• Circumvent licensing protections or access controls
• Use automated systems to bypass activation systems
• Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of the license.

4. License Activation

The Software may require license key activation.

License keys may be issued per user or per device and may be validated through an online licensing service.

Option|Options may implement automated systems to detect license misuse or unauthorized activation.

Unauthorized distribution or misuse of license keys may result in license suspension or revocation.

5. Updates

Option|Options may provide software updates, patches, security fixes, or feature improvements at its discretion.

Updates may be delivered automatically or require manual installation.

The Company is not obligated to provide updates or continued support for any version of the Software.

6. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

Your license will terminate automatically if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination you must:

• Immediately stop using the Software
• Delete all copies of the Software from your devices
• Destroy any archived copies in your possession

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Option|Options disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

Option|Options does not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of market data
• Trading performance or outcomes
• Financial results
• Continuous availability of the Software
• That the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted

Market data may be supplied by third-party providers, and Option|Options does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of such data.

Use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Option|Options shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses
• Trading losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss
• System interruptions

In no event shall the total liability of Option|Options exceed the amount paid by the user for the Software during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Educational Purpose Only

The Software is intended for educational and analytical purposes only.

Option|Options does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations.

Users are solely responsible for verifying information and making their own trading decisions.

10. No Broker or Advisor Relationship

Option|Options is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial advisor.

Nothing contained within the Software constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Financial planning advice
• Trading recommendations
• A solicitation to buy or sell securities

Users should consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Option|Options and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Software
• Your trading activities
• Your violation of this Agreement

12. Service Availability

Certain features of the Software may require:

• Internet access
• Third-party services
• External market data providers

Option|Options does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of these services.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

13. Lifetime License Terms

If a lifetime license is offered, it refers to the lifetime of the Software product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

Option|Options reserves the right to discontinue the Software or related services at its discretion.

14. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from this Agreement or use of the Software shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Arkansas, United States, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.

You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding against Option|Options.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Option|Options regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
