Activation and expiration
First software activation is required within 90 days of purchase. When access expires, the main application locks while preserving your data and licensing, recovery and support access. Free standalone TradeLog remains available independently.
Refunds and historical subscriptions
A verified full refund revokes only the entitlement associated with that purchase. Partial refunds and disputes require review. Refund eligibility remains subject to the applicable purchase terms; contact support for assistance. Buying a new one-time package does not automatically cancel or change a historical subscription.
Amazon purchases
The Kindle offer is pending publication approval. When available, eligible readers can request provisional 30-day access through the companion claim page. Verify your email, enter the edition code and order details, and upload redacted proof within 72 hours. An order-number format check is not purchase verification. Forwarded receipts require support to record arrival using your claim reference; sending email alone does not update the deadline status.
