This Beta Tester Agreement governs participation in the Option|Options beta testing program.
By accessing or using beta versions of the Accend Data LLC ("Option|Options") software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Participation in the Beta Program is voluntary.
1. Relationship to Other Agreements
Use of the Beta Software remains subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA) and Website Terms of Service.
If this Agreement conflicts with those agreements, the EULA and Terms of Service control.
2. Purpose of the Beta Program
Beta versions of the software may include experimental features, incomplete functionality, bugs, or performance issues.
The purpose of the Beta Program is to gather feedback and improve the Option|Options platform before public release.
3. Confidentiality
Beta testers agree not to publicly disclose or distribute information related to the Beta Software unless expressly authorized in writing by Option|Options.
- Unreleased features
- Screenshots or recordings of beta interfaces
- Internal functionality or testing results
4. No Warranty
Beta Software is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE.
Option|Options makes no guarantees regarding stability, performance, data integrity, or availability during beta testing. Beta Software may change or be discontinued at any time.
5. Data Loss and System Stability
Because beta software is experimental:
- Features may change without notice
- Data may be lost or corrupted
- Software may behave unpredictably
Users should not rely on beta software for critical or financial decisions.
6. Feedback
Beta testers may provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or other information regarding the Beta Software.
By submitting feedback, you grant Option|Options a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Software without obligation or compensation.
7. Beta Access
Participation in the Beta Program does not guarantee continued access, future product features, or any ownership rights in the Software.
Option|Options may modify, suspend, or terminate beta access at any time.
8. Termination
Option|Options may terminate participation in the Beta Program at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, testers must discontinue use of the Beta Software.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.
